Neo+ Usability Research
Neo+ (now called neobank) is a digital banking App created by Bank Neo. I was an intern of UX Market Research Department in the day and I had been helping them in conducting General Usability Research for the digital banking app. In this opportunity the research is much more heavy handed in using qualitative approach.
For this particular project we conducted In depth Interview sessions that also serve as Usability Testing session with Bank Neo's customers.
